    Terms of re4earth.com use TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Opening Provisions i. Under these Business Terms and Conditions, we define the relationship between our company, ECOZONE GREEK BRANCH, VAT No EL996688269, Zervoudaki 14-16-18 10445 Athens, Greece with General Commercial Register No 159952901001 as the seller and operator of the e-shop at www.re4earth.com and you, our customer, who enters into a purchase agreement with us. The operation of our e-shop is governed by the use of the current Code of Conduct. You can learn more here: https://www.greekecommerce.gr/vivliothiki/kodikas-deontologias/ ii. We apply a uniform approach to our customers and provide them with the same benefits, whether they are consumers or not. Therefore, the rules set forth in these Business Terms and Conditions apply to all our customers. iii. These Terms and Conditions cover the purchase of goods on our e-shop. Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions. 2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement i. You can enter into a purchase agreement with us remotely via the e-shop. ii. In the case of a purchase agreement concluded remotely, the order placed by the order’s submission on the website shall constitute an offer to purchase. The order shall be valid for a period of 7 days and we will confirm its receipt by e-mail. A purchase agreement shall then be concluded upon our acceptance of the offer to purchase in the form of shipping the ordered goods. We will inform you of the shipment of goods by e-mail. iii. We supply goods only in a quantity usual for household consumption. In specific cases (especially in the event of discounts or clearance sales), we are entitled to determine the maximum quantity that we can supply. iv. If you’ve entered incorrect data while placing the order, you can correct them by sending us an email or by calling us. 3. Withdrawal for No Reason i. By law, you are entitled to withdraw from an agreement concluded on the Internet without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery of the goods. ii. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within the aforesaid time limit. The best way to do this is to contact us at contact@re4earth.com or by calling +30 210 832 2326. You can also use the model agreement withdrawal form found here. iii. In the event you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods. In the event of withdrawal within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, you shall also be entitled to a reimbursement of the costs of delivery in an amount corresponding to the least expensive offered method of delivery. The aforesaid funds shall be refunded without delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, in accordance with current applicable law, we are entitled to await the return of the goods before refunding the payment. For the refund, we shall use the same means of payment you used to pay the purchase price, unless we agree otherwise. iv. Without delay, and in any event, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, you should return the goods. If, with regard to the contract, the seller sends the customer an additional free item (“gift”), it is necessary also to return this gift. In that case, you shall. You will bear the costs associated with the return of the goods but you may be entitled to reimbursement as provided in (iii) above. v. Please note that, by law, you shall be held liable for any reduction in the value of the goods as a consequence of handling the goods in a manner other than is necessary to familiarise yourself with the nature, properties, and functionality of the goods (e.g. if you used the product). Please also note that you are not entitled to withdraw from the agreement where the goods have been manufactured according to your requirements or customised goods (e.g. packaging with customised engravings) or goods which you removed from their packaging and which cannot be returned to the packaging for hygienic reasons (e.g. opened cosmetic or personal care goods and other goods that come into direct contact with you). The seller further emphasizes that it is not possible to withdraw from the service contract of gift or ecological wrapping once the item has been wrapped, as the service has therefore been provided (the seller proceeds to deliver the service of gift or ecological wrapping without delay after the order has been placed, provided that the customer has chosen this particular service). vi. Contract withdrawal is not possible for services - the option is available for products only, not e.g. the gift wrapping service. 4. Complaints i. If the goods show a defect upon delivery, you are entitled to reject the item and obtain a full refund. You also have the option to have the item repaired free of charge, have it replaced, or a price reduction. You also have the option of a voucher if this is preferable. ii. We shall be liable for defects in the goods if the defects are manifested within six months of the delivery of the goods or before the expiry date stated on the packaging. This applies only in the case that the product is not used. iii. Goods shall be considered defective, in particular, when they do not have the usual or presented properties, do not serve their purpose, do not comply with statutory requirements, or have not been delivered in the agreed quantity. Please note that an increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be deemed a defect in the goods. Likewise, shortcomings in gifts and other gratuitous performances we provide beyond the scope of your order do not constitute a defect. In the event you fill in the form without the assistance of our staff, please remember to indicate what you find to be a defect or how the defect is manifested, and your requirement as to the method of handling your complaint. v. We will inform you of the progress of the complaint, in particular of its receipt, acceptance, or rejection, via e-mail. We may also contact you by phone. vi. We will make a decision on the complaint without delay. The processing of the complaint including the defect removal will not exceed ordinarily 30 days. This is on the basis that you provide us with any necessary assistance and information that is requested of you. Otherwise, you shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement. vii. In the case of a justified complaint, we shall bear the costs associated with the return of the goods. 5. Method of Payment and Delivery i. You can select the method of payment and delivery from the options we offer.     Terms & Conditions for Re4Earth Draw ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΛΗΡΩΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΔΩΡΟΚΑΡΤΑ ΑΞΙΑΣ 50 ΕΥΡΩ Οι όροι συμμετοχής στην κλήρωση της Re4Earth είναι οι εξής: 1. H εταιρεία με την επωνυμία «ECOZONE GREEK BRANCH» (εφεξής καλούμενη και “ECOZONE”) που εκπροσωπεί το brand “Re4Earth” και εδρεύει στην Αθήνα, οδός Ζερβουδάκη 14-16-18 (Α.Φ.Μ.: 99668829, Δ.Ο.Υ.: ΦΑΕ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ), όπως νόμιμα εκπροσωπείται από τον κο Οδυσσέα Παναγιώτη Ρηγόπουλο, διοργανώνει την ακόλουθη προωθητική ενέργεια με τίτλο «Meet Market – Διαγωνισμός Γνωριμίας με δώρο Gift Card» σύμφωνα με τους ακόλουθους όρους συμμετοχής. Οι όροι συμμετοχής θα υπάρχουν διαθέσιμοι στο εκθεσειακό περίπτερο της Re4Earth το χρονικό διάστημα από 14.10.2023 έως 15.10.2023, αλλά και στην ιστοσελίδα www.re4earth.com . 2. Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στην προωθητική ενέργεια έχουν όλοι όσοι διαμένουν νόμιμα στην Ελλάδα και έχουν συμπληρώσει το 18ο έτος της ηλικίας τους. Εξαιρούνται από τη συμμετοχή οι εργαζόμενοι στην Εταιρία ECOZONE καθώς και οι σύζυγοι και οι συγγενείς μέχρι και τον δεύτερο βαθμό των ανωτέρω προσώπων. 3. Η συμμετοχή θα αρχίσει στις 14.10.2023 από τις 12.00 π.μ., άλλως κατά την έναρξη του ωραρίου λειτουργίας του MEET MARKET, και θα λήξει στις 15.10.2023 όχι πέραν των 22.00 μ.μ., άλλως κατά το πέρας του ωραρίου λειτουργίας της εν λόγω εκδήλωσης. 4. Η συμμετοχή στην προωθητική ενέργεια γίνεται με υποχρέωση συμπλήρωσης των στοιχείων (όνομα, επώνυμο, email) και εγγραφής των συμμετεχόντων στην mailing list, σε συγκεκριμένη φόρμα συμμετοχής που βρίσκεται στην ιστοσελίδα της Re4Earth και θα υποδεικνύεται από την εταιρεία στους ενδιαφερόμενους. 5. Το προσφερόμενο δώρο της προωθητικής ενέργειας (εφεξής «το δώρο») είναι το εξής: 1 ηλεκτρονική κάρτα δώρου, αξίας 50 ευρώ, την οποία ο νικήτής θα μπορεί να εξαργυρώσει ο ίδιος, ή να δωρίσει. Το δώρο θα το λάβει ηλεκτρονικά (με email) στην διεύθυνση που θα έχει δηλώσει κατά την διαδικασία υποβολής των στοιχείων του στη φόρμα συμμετοχής. Η εξαργύρωση της κάρτας δώρου γίνεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος re4earth.com και θα πρέπει να ολοκληρωθεί έως και 6 μήνες μετά την έκδοσή της. 6. Η ανάδειξη του νικητή θα γίνει με ηλεκτρονική κλήρωση που θα διεξαχθεί την Δευτέρα 16/10/2023, στο τέλος της εκδήλωσης, με αδιάβλητο τρόπο, από τριμελή επιτροπή, απαρτιζόμενη από έναν εξουσιοδοτημένο εκπρόσωπο της εταιρείας, ο οποίος προεδρεύει της επιτροπής, έναν εξουσιοδοτημένο εκπρόσωπο του MEET MARKET, καθώς και έναν εκ των παρευρισκομένων που θα εκδηλώσει ενδιαφέρον. 7. Οι συμμετέχοντες έχουν 1 δικαίωμα συμμετοχής ανά άτομο. 8. Μετά την κλήρωση, ο νικητής θα ενημερωθεί με email από την ECOZONE. Η εταιρεία θα παρέχει τη πληροφόρηση για τον νικητή του συγκεκριμένου καταστήματος σε περίπτωση που ζητηθεί. 9. Το δώρο θα σταλεί ηλεκτρονικά στον νικητή έως την Τετάρτη 18/10/2023. 10. Εάν ο νικητής δεν ανταποκριθεί ή αρνηθεί να το εξαργυρώσει για 6 μήνες, η απονομή του αντίστοιχου δώρου ακυρώνεται και η ECOZONE απαλλάσσεται από κάθε σχετική ευθύνη. 11. Το δώρο δεν ανταλλάσσεται, ούτε είναι δυνατή η αντικατάστασή τους με άλλο ή η εξαργύρωσή τους σε χρήμα σε οποιαδήποτε τιμή. 12. Η εταιρεία ECOZONE περιορίζει την ευθύνη της στη διάθεση του δώρου που αναφέρεται ανωτέρω αποκλειστικά μέσω των ανωτέρω αναφερόμενων διαδικασιών. Η εταιρεία δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για την μη κατοχύρωση ή/και εξαργύρωση του δώρου από τους νικητές εντός των ανωτέρω προθεσμιών. 13. Η εταιρεία ECOZONE διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ανακοινώσει το όνομα του νικητή στα μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης και στο διαδίκτυο, να μεταδώσει οπτικοακουστικό υλικό και να δημοσιεύσει φωτογραφίες από την διαδικασία της προωθητικής ενέργειας και της κλήρωσης, καθώς και την παράδοση του δώρου στους νικητές για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς και να προβαίνει σε διαφημιστική εκμετάλλευση κάθε σχετικού γεγονότος, όπως της παραλαβής του δώρου, κλπ. η δε συμμετοχή στην παρούσα προωθητική ενέργεια παρέχει αυτομάτως και την προς τούτο συναίνεση και εκχώρηση των αναγκαίων πνευματικών δικαιωμάτων ατελώς. 14. Η ECOZONE έχει το δικαίωμα μεταβολής και ανάκλησης ή και κατάργησης της προωθητικής ενέργειας οποτεδήποτε και καθ’ οποιονδήποτε τρόπο. Επίσης διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αναβάλει την κλήρωση και/ή να παρατείνει τη διάρκεια της προωθητικής ενέργειας. Επίσης θα έχει το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσει τους όρους και κανονισμούς της προωθητικής ενέργειας οποιαδήποτε στιγμή κατά τη διάρκεια της ισχύος της. Κάθε τέτοια τροποποίηση αναρτάται στην ίδια ιστοσελίδα, στην οποία υπάρχουν και οι παρόντες όροι, θα αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο μέρος των παρόντων όρων και θα ισχύει από τη κοινοποίηση των όρων σε εμφανές σημείο στο περίπτερο της ECOZONE στο MEET MARKET. 15. O νικητής συναινεί ρητώς όπως τα προσωπικά του στοιχεία χρησιμοποιηθούν από την εταιρεία ECOZONE ως υπεύθυνη για την επεξεργασία τους μέσω αυτοματοποιημένων ή μη αυτοματοποιημένων μέσων είτε από την ίδια είτε μέσω οιουδήποτε άλλου προσώπου διορίσει η ECOZONE για τη διενέργεια της ως άνω επεξεργασίας κατ' εντολή και για λογαριασμό της. Τα προσωπικά στοιχεία των συμμετεχόντων θα διατηρηθούν από τη ECOZONE και θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τους σκοπούς της προωθητικής ενέργειας, είτε από την ECOZONE είτε από τις συνεργαζόμενες εταιρίες που θα διορίσει η ECOZONE, ήτοι για την επαλήθευση των στοιχείων των Νικητών, την τυχόν αποστολή των δώρων στους Νικητές, κλπ., καθώς και για μελλοντική ενημέρωση των συμμετεχόντων σχετικά με διαφημιστικές - προωθητικές ενέργειες της ECOZONE και των συνεργατών της, καθώς προϋπόθεση συμμετοχής στην κλήρωση θα είναι η αποδοχή των συγκεκριμένων όρων αλλά και αποδοχή επικοινωνίας για προωθητικούς σκοπούς. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, τα προσωπικά στοιχεία των συμμετεχόντων θα τηρούνται σύμφωνα με το Ν.2472/1997, όπως ισχύει, το Ν. 2774/1999 και τις Αποφάσεις και Οδηγίες της Αρχής Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν δικαίωμα να προβούν οποτεδήποτε και χωρίς επιβάρυνση στην επιβεβαίωση, τροποποίηση ή διαγραφή των στοιχείων τους, που τηρούνται στο εν λόγω αρχείο κατά τους όρους του Ν. 2472/1997 όπως ισχύει επικοινωνώντας με την ECOZONE στο τηλέφωνο τηλ. 210 832 2326 16. Η κατά τα ανωτέρω συμμετοχή στην προωθητική ενέργεια προϋποθέτει ανεπιφύλακτη αποδοχή του συνόλου των εδώ προβλεπόμενων όρων. 17. Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο και οιαδήποτε διαφορά σχετικά με την προωθητική ενέργεια και τους όρους συμμετοχής σε αυτήν, επιλύεται κατά το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο από τα καθ' ύλην αρμόδια δικαστήρια των Αθηνών.
