Bamboo plants produce up to 30% more oxygen compared to normal trees, as they absorb twice as much carbon dioxide.
Bamboo fibers are naturally anti-bacterial. That's why bamboo trees can be grown without the use of pesticides.
Bamboo grows from the roots and not often needs to be replanted.
